Wow.. so much has happened since my last post. Alhamdulillah. I try not to post too much about my personal life here, but some things are just too good not to share.. Two months ago I had my nikah so I'm now married to the most amazing guy I know, and we're living happily together in Brooklyn. I feel so blessed to have him in my life. SubhanAllah. :)
And now back to jewelry things.. lol. I've been fortunate enough to be able to devote more time to my work, and recently I've started branching out from just making hijab pins. I'm still making those too, but I've found that I also enjoy making necklaces and bracelets.
And some more good news, everything is also up on Etsy! I 'opened' my store earlier this week so we'll see how it goes inshahAllah. :) Check it out! http://www.etsy.com/shop/NarjisDesigns
Everything that's posted here is in my store, plus a few extra hijab pins.. InshahAllah I'll post those next time (and hopefully have a few more to show, too). :)

As you can see I've sort of gotten into a Victoran/steampunk/industrial type style for the time being.. I love playing around with little gears and cogs and whatnot.
And I've already started working on a few more pieces, so inshahAllah I'll try to have them posted up here soon.
